What Happens After Purchase?

  2. Intake questionnaire

    Within 24 hours you'll receive a short form about your goals, training level, schedule and any injuries.

  3. Your personalised plan

    Within 48 hours of completing your questionnaire, your personalised training plan is ready.

  4. We start

    You begin based on your plan. Every week I evaluate your progress and adjust where needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a gym membership?
Yes. Progressive training with free weights is the foundation of this programme. A gym with a solid range of equipment is the minimum. Home training with dumbbells or resistance bands is not a good fit for Training Coaching.
How do I log my sessions?
After the intake, I'll send you instructions on how and where to log your sessions. I track the data and analyse what's needed each week to keep progressing.
How do I send technique videos?
You send short videos via WhatsApp or email. I give specific feedback back: what's going well, what can be improved and how to address it. No vague feedback, just specific corrections which you can immediately apply to your next trianing session.
When will I see results?
More strength and a better feeling in your sessions you'll notice within the first weeks. Visible physical changes? Count on 8 to 12 weeks, depending on your starting point and consistency. If you expect spectacular results after 4 weeks, this isn't the right fit.
What if I can't train for a week?
No problem. Holiday, illness, busy periods, it's part of life. One week makes no difference to long-term progress.
What's the difference with Full Coaching?
