How long does a coaching programme last?
Training Coaching has a minimum of 3 months. Full Coaching a minimum of 6 months. These aren't arbitrary numbers... Real change in body composition takes time. The first months build the foundation, only after that do you see the real results. My coaching is based on a sustainable approach. Realistic expectations.
What's the difference between Training Coaching and Full Coaching?
With Training Coaching, I focus entirely on your training. A personalised plan, progress tracking and we make adjustments when needed. Full Coaching adds nutrition guidelines, weekly check-in calls and direct contact via WhatsApp. For those who want everything: Full Coaching. For those who want to finally train properly: Training Coaching.
How often will I be in contact with you?
With Full Coaching we have weekly check-in calls and you can reach me directly via WhatsApp. With Training Coaching, contact is through direct feedback on your training and data. No weekly calls.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes. My approach is based on progressive training with weights. A gym is the most effective environment for this. Home training is not a good fit for this programme.
What if I can't train for a week?
It happens. Holiday, illness, busy periods. It's part of life. We adjust the plan and carry on. One week doesn't take anything away from months of consistency.
Is this coaching online or in person?
Fully online. Check-ins via call, communication via WhatsApp, plans an app. This works for everyone who has access to a phone.
Who is this coaching not suitable for?
For people looking for a quick fix, unreaslistic social media expectations after a few weeks, or not willing to put in consistent work. My approach is simple, but it isn't easy. Itrequires commitment.
